Ginger Mule : Ginger is the top ingredient for this drink. It’s easy to recognise its aroma and taste while the flavour of this drink has much more to offer. The aroma shows a spicy smell combined with fresh lime flavours. The taste shows vodkas notes on a decent level of sweet and spicy ginger hints which results in a great balance for your senses.
Passion Fruit Martini : Created to meet perfection – but without the alcohol. The aroma shows an interplay between sweet and fresh notes of vanilla and passionfruit which continues along the way to the taste of this drink. The palate shows lush and sweet passionfruit flavours while the aftertaste shows a fresh passion-like finish.
Mojito : Natural flavours and extracts of spearmint and lime were used to make the basis of this Mojito. But Sir. James 101 went further than this making it a refined drink. Flavours of the brown sugar which is usually added are clearly recognisable in this drink and the taste is full bodied to equal the rum flavour which is used for Mojito’s with alcohol. The recipe of the Mojito has been created combining many small elements to make it the best alcohol free Mojito you’ve ever tasted.
