The prices displayed on this website are quoted in Canadian dollars and are valid only within Canada. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, or sales taxes. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and provincial, state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

PAYMENTS
Payments will be pre-authorised when an order is placed by completing check out. No goods shall be supplied without payment. If the order is not fulfilled, refund will be issued.
DELIVERY TIME
When the item/s of your order is in stock it is dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Delivery times varies by courier and shipping location. Local courier for Greater Toronto is 1-2 business days. Orders outside Greater Toronto will take between 1-5 business days with Canada Post.
LIABILITY
If we establish that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Pestacio shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow you credit for your invoice value. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Pestacio to you under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
RETURNS
You have the right to return your order up to 1 day after order receipt date, if the items are in their original condition, unopened, with all tickets and tags attached. Refunds will be made to the card charged for the order. Refunds will not account for postage, freights, and delivery costs, unless a mistake made on behalf of Pestacio is being corrected.
