Thyme Honey : It is harvested from the famous wild Cretan thyme that flourishes in the mountainous regions of Crete. It has a strong taste, golden color, and botanical aromas. Thyme honey is widely used to fight infections. It has antibacterial, antioxidant and antiseptic activity. It acts as a natural boost for the human body. It’s excellent flavor pairs well with yoghurt, walnuts, buttered toast, Feta and goats’ cheese. It is prized with Great Taste Award 2014.
Sage Honey : It is collected from the sage herb, which grows in the Cretan woodlands. Sage honey is light in color, heavy bodied and has a mild but delightful flavor and an elegant floral aftertaste. It is distinguished for its nutritional benefits. It is especially invigorating for the human body. The strong aroma of sage is what helps with lung problems and respiratory diseases, so it is particularly effective against rhinitis. It also helps the nervous system and is therefore an ally in memory and brain power. And it is known for its diuretic action.

Copperpot Nuts began as a garage start-up in rural Coldwater back in 2009. They created their own production facility and launched the brand right here near Coldwater, Ontario. They started with just three varieties of our favorite beer nuts, and they’ve since grown to offer a variety of delicious flavors in shop. All of their nuts are double roasted and packaged by hand in small batches. They source as many ingredients as they can from local producers.
