Pale Ale : This pale ale has a hoppy nose and delights the palette with sweet caramel characteristics of Crystal Malts, and a hint of citrus zest from from the hops. It has the classic mild bitterness of a craft pale ale, but without the alcohol. This easy-going beer has a light, refreshing mouthfeel and body.
Blonde Ale : This golden ale is crispy, dry and balanced with a slight fresh-baked biscuit finish reminiscent of Honeycomb and bread. Lightly hopped and malt-forward, this Blonde ale is refreshingly well-balanced.
Stout : A non-alcoholic stout that is silky and smooth with bold chocolate and coffee notes. English Roasted Barley provides a lavish mouthfeel and deep colour while hops provide balanced bitterness to accentuate the malt characteristics.

Copperpot Nuts – Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts, Pecans
Copperpot Nuts began as a garage start-up in rural Coldwater back in 2009. They created their own production facility and launched the brand right here near Coldwater, Ontario. They started with just three varieties of our favorite beer nuts, and they’ve since grown to offer a variety of delicious flavors in shop. All of their nuts are double roasted and packaged by hand in small batches. They source as many ingredients as they can from local producers.

Crafted by 3rd generation beekeepers in Niagara, enjoy the four types Rosewood wildflower honey.
Creamed Honey : Not to be confused with honey butter, this is an all natural creamed honey made from our Wildflower Honey. It’s a process created at Guelph University to preserve unpasteurized honey for long trips by forcing its crystallization. Makes a terrific breakfast honey because of its “creamy” consistency that’s perfect to spread on toast. Please do not refrigerate Creamed Honey.
Liquid Honey : Perfect for the chefs at home, it’s ideal for scooping out with a spoon to use in your tea or morning coffee, mixed into your favourite glazes, sauces, or dishes. Enjoy all the benefits of natural unpasteurized honey. An ideal partner for the serious chef and honey lovers.
Nutty Honey : Fresh walnuts and Rosewood’s 100% Unpasteurized Wildflower are combined to create a unique tasting experience. Our honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.
Much like wine, honey will vary in aroma, taste and colour from year-to-year reflecting characteristics of both the season and region.

Organic Yellow Maca Powder
Maca is native to the Peruvian central Andes and has been used for centuries in the region for nutrition and stamina. This natural adaptogen is filled with amino acids and minerals essential to help the body function. Our organic dried maca products are gelatinized (cooked) using low temperatures to heat maca under pressure for a few seconds. This process separates the starches making it easier to digest, while preserving all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
