Ingredients

  • 2 pears
  • 1 bag of arugula 
  • 8 brazil nuts
  • 8 walnuts
  • 8 dates

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil

Process

Wash the arugula.

Cut the pear into thin slices and chop the dates.

Roughly chop or crush the brazil nuts and the walnuts.

Combine everything.

Drizzle over the mixture of oil, mustard and lime juice before serving.
