Acropolis Organics Mousto Balsamic Vinegar is enhanced with Petimezi—an ancient recipe for grape molasses, which gives this vinegar a rich, fruity sweetness. Then it’s aged in oak barrels for six years to further enrich its flavour.
This Mousto is certified organic, so like all of its products, Acropolis Organics never use pesticides or chemicals to make it. It’s also free from preservatives, additives and dyes, so each batch may have variations in consistency.
