Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Coconut water (if needed)

Process

In a blender place peeled and cut mango pieces and puree until smooth.  In a bowl place in 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.  Add some pureed mango to the chia seeds and stir very thoroughly with a spoon.  Repeat by adding another table spoon of chia seeds, then some pureed mango and repeat process until it has all been mixed well.  Place in fridge for about 10 minutes.  Take out and stir again. Add coconut water, if you find it too dry. Top it with hemp hearts and enjoy.

Lasts 5 days in the fridge.
